4 out of 5 stars Seater heater   June 1, 2010
jjtucker (Springfield, IL, US)
I have fibromyalgia and this was a great help in the car at the end of several long vacation days. Also purchased the adapter (kind of pricey) but enabled me to use the seat cushion at home too.

3 out of 5 stars Heated Seat Cushion   April 22, 2010
Christopher D. Cox (Washington DC)
I bought this as a gift. I never really got any good feedback from the person except that it was just OK

1 out of 5 stars Look elsewhere, this thing is garbage   April 11, 2010
Jocko (United States)
I received this as a gift and it quit working within 30 days. I contacted the company for a replacement and although they agreed to a replacement under their 1 year warranty, I had to pay close to 50% of the cost of this thing to ship it back. I don't understand why I am made to pay to ship it back if they sold a defective product! At this point in time, it has been between 3 & 4 weeks since I sent it back and have not heard a word from the company on my replacement. I honestly have no faith the new one will work more than a month or two either.

Stay away from this product and this company. The heater is garbage, the company doesn't fully stand behind the item as they make you pay to ship it back when it will break and their communication is non-existent. Look elsewhere and for something of better quality. I guess you get what you pay for with this product.

5 out of 5 stars works great   April 8, 2010
Mr. W. A. H. (Fresno, CA)
This works as described and heats faster than a factory seat. I'd recommend it.

2 out of 5 stars Lasted two months   April 8, 2010
Cold Back Side (Omaha, NE)
This product worked great for about two months, and then just quit working at all. The heated seats in my Yukon quit working, which is why I bought the Wagan. I figure even if I have to buy a few of these, it's still better than the $400 it would have cost to fix the factory seats. The reviews for the Dr. Scholl's heated seats don't have any comments about them breaking, so I'll try those next.
